What homeowners say about the installation team
Google reviews from homeowners who went solar with our installation and operations partner.
I've always been curious about solar panels but never really understood how they you worked. However, with utility prices skyrocketing, my husband and I figured it was time to get the facts. I am so glad we did. Our rep, Brandon, was so friendly and informative. He took the time to answer all our questions (we had alot!) and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We are looking forward to having our solar panels installed and we are especially excited about all the money we will be saving in the future! We should have done this year's ago ! Thank you, Brandon !!
We recently had solar panels installed on our house in Michigan. At first we were pretty hesitant, but your sales guy, @Mo Khaireddine was very professional, upfront, answered all our questions, and transparent. He helped ease our concerns and he checks on us periodically to see how things are going. Great customer service! Mo is a shining example of what it means to take care of your customers. We hope to enjoy solar for years to come!
Kayla Mooney was very influential in our decision to go solar. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to deal with and quickly responded to our text inquiries and the multitude of questions we had. Overall no-pressure and gave us the time to make an informed decision. GREAT to work with!
Everyone was nice and professional. They got the job done neatly and kept me aware of every aspect of the job they were doing. I appreciated the professionalism. They also cleaned up everything nicely and I would recommend them to anyone getting solar!!
They did a great job walking me through the process and helped all the way through installation. Bri, my amazing rep, kept in touch the whole time and answered all my questions. I am quite pleased with the results!
We've had our solar panel system for about a year now. I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. Ryan Hiner was so helpful and made the process very easy and straightforward. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Out new solar panel system has saved so much money so far and adds value to our home. I'm thankful to Ryan and I recommend this system to anyone.

Questions homeowners ask
What is solar as a service?
It's a way to get solar on your home without buying the system or taking out a loan. A solar system is installed on your home, and you pay for the solar service under a service agreement. Your agreement sets out what you pay and for how long.
Does it really cost $0 out of pocket?
For qualifying homeowners, there's no down payment and no out-of-pocket cost to get the system installed. You pay for the service over time under your service agreement. Your proposal and agreement show all costs before you decide.
Is this a loan?
No. Solar as a service isn't a loan, and you aren't financing the purchase of the system. You pay for the service under the terms of your agreement.
How much will I save?
It depends on your home, your energy use, your utility's rates and your service agreement. Your personalized proposal shows your estimated savings. Savings aren't guaranteed, and we won't promise numbers before we've reviewed your home.
Will I still get a utility bill?
In most cases, yes. You'll typically still pay your utility for any power you use from the grid, plus fixed charges such as connection fees. Solar as a service doesn't eliminate your utility bill.
How do I know if my home qualifies?
Contact us to schedule a consultation. An advisor will look at your roof, location, utility and energy use and let you know whether solar as a service is available for your home.
Who installs the system?
Energy Savings Program works with an installation and operations partner whose in-house team handles the site survey, design, permits, installation and ongoing service.
What about maintenance, warranties and insurance?
These depend on your service agreement. Your advisor will walk you through what's included before you sign, and it's all written into your agreement.
What do I need for my consultation?
A recent utility bill helps. It shows your energy use and your utility, which helps us prepare an accurate proposal.
